I offer several different one-on-one options to meet your individual needs and desired outcomes including Sound Healing, Reiki, combination sessions.
I host a variety of group sessions such as sound baths, sacred water gatherings, and other meditative experiences. I love collaborating with other healers for events too!

I'm Kendra Sheehan, and I discovered the deep healing power of Reiki, Sound, and Frequency in my own transformational healing journey and was inspired to share them with others. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal themselves, sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us during the journey. True healing occurs when we address the root cause of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. My goal is to help you tap into your inner wisdom and access your own innate healing abilities so that we can co-create your healing and personal evolution together. For me, this isn't just a job, I'm fulfilling my soul's mission and purpose.
